Representatives of TNM Mpamba Limited, a subsidiary of TNM plc, have indicated that the company has given out K16.8 million to its customers and agents in the Kuikunga ndi Mpamba Promotion.
TNM Brand Communications Manager Limbani Nsapato made the revelation recently during the third draw of the promotion conducted in Blantyre.
“We are happy with the progress of the promotion because every day participants are increasing. So far, we have rewarded 30 customers and 30 agents with K100,000 each while 540 customers and 540 other agents have won K10,000 each.
“We aim at celebrating our customers and agents and in the process ensuring that people are embracing financial technologies,” Nsapato said.
Other customers and agents went away with consolation cash prizes.
One of the lucky customers, Mercy Katekesa from Mbayani, who won K100,000, expressed gratitude after she was informed about the development.
She said she would use the money to boost her second hand clothes (Kaunjika) business.
Customers are requested to make a transaction of K200 and convince 10 other customer to do the same on the Mpamba platform to stand a chance to win a grand prize of K100 million.
