Protests against same-sex relationships in Zomba have commenced, with demonstrators marching from Zomba Stadium to Zomba Zero.

The group plans to deliver a petition to Zomba District Commissioner, Reinghard Chavula.

Religious leaders emphasized traditional marriage between a man and a woman during the march, citing religious beliefs and concerns about the consequences of legalizing same-sex marriage.

The demonstrations include participants from various religious groups, including Muslims, Pentecostals, Presbyterians, Roman Catholics, and Rastafarians.
