President of the Republic of Zimbabwe Cde Dr. Emerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa will arrive in the country today for a three-day State visit.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed of the development in a statement made available to this publication.
According to the statement, the plane carrying Mnangagwa will land at Kamuzu International Airport at 16:00 hours and he will be welcomed by President Dr Lazarus Chakwera upon arrival.
The statement further says that during the State visit, President Mnangagwa will, among other engagements, hold bilateral talks with his Malawian counterpart, visit Tobacco Auction Floors in Lilongwe, hold discussions with Zimbabweans resident in Malawi, and visit some areas devastated by Tropical Cyclone Freddy.
He is expected to depart Malawi at the end of the three-day visit through Chileka International Airport on Friday, 2nd June, 2023 at 15:20 hours.
