Zambia’s former president Edgar Lungu lambasts Hakainde Hichilema’s presidency

Edgar Chagwa Lungu, former president of Zambia has indirectly attacked his successor Hakainde Hichilema.

Speaking at Mtendere Parish during the country’s National day of fasting and prayer, Lungu said there is nothing special about being president.

According to Lungu it is all the Lord’s doing for one to be president and that is why he willingly gave power to Hichilema.

“Just like I was president, honorable Hakainde Hichilema has also become President, God works through all of us,” said Lungu.

Lungu’s remarks came at a time Zambians and the world at large is complimenting Hichilema for his works.
