A 78 year old Zambian granny of Kitwe has been raped as she was coming from a drinking joint.

According to information sourced by this publication, the incident happened on Monday night in Mulenga Township.

It is reported that Richard Tembo, a 44 year old man took advantage of the old woman (name withheld) and raped her.

Meanwhile, Tembo is in custody to answer charges of rape while the victim has been taken to the hospital for treatment.
