Police in Zambia are hold a 28 year old woman who was found chained at Freedom Statue.

According to Zambia’s Deputy Police Public Relations Officer Danny Mwale, the lady Dorcas Nachibona was found naked in a drunk state.

Nachibona was found today around 6 am at the freedom statue by the members of the general public who later informed the police.

Police have since instituted investigations into the matter.
