A man in Kapiri has been arrested by the police after he allegedly attempted to kill his wife’s boyfriend.

The incident occurred when the boyfriend visited the man’s hardware shop looking for his wife.

The man, identified as Kaluba Emmanuel, was enraged and attacked the boyfriend with a Y14 round bar and his safety boot. He continued to throw punches until the boyfriend was on the ground.

The mob tried to restrain him, but he was determined to finish off the boyfriend. He was only stopped when the police arrived and arrested him.

The boyfriend is fighting for his life on an oxygen support machine, while rumors suggest that the wife had lied to Kaluba about her whereabouts.
