A 38- time-old man of Kitwe has been arrested for allegedly having sexually abused his two daughters periods between 12 and 15.

One of the victims is believed to be pregnant after medical examination was carried out on the two girls.

The incident passed on unknown dates and time, but between 2021 and June 10, this time at Kaloko husbandry block along the Ndola- Kitwe binary carriage.

Zambia Police deputy Spokesperson Danny Mwale says the suspect whose names have been withheld is contended to have been sexually abusing his two daughters periods between 12 and 15.

“ Police moved in after entering a tip- off from members of the community that the two girls were allegedly being sexually abused by their father. It’s contended that their father used to forcefully have canal knowledge with the girls in their house at night when everyone including his woman were sleeping. He’d sneak in their room and have canal knowledge with both of them on different occasions, ” he said.

Mr Mwale said police introduced examinations and managed to recoup the two girls.
“ After medical examination, It was discovered that the aged one was pregnant. The suspect was arrested and is presently detained in Police guardianship, ” he said
