Strange Disease Hits Nyamadzere Primary School in Nsanje, Leaving Female Learners Fainting

Nyamadzere Primary School in Nsanje district has been hit by a strange disease that has left about five standard eight female learners fainting since Monday.

The latest incident occurred on Tuesday night when a 15-year-old girl reportedly fainted at around 7 pm during night study.

While the headteacher, Christopher Mafunga, has asked for more time before commenting on the matter, some teachers at the school have revealed that there is panic and fear among the female learners.

The cause of the fainting spells remains unknown, and the affected students have been rushed to Nsanje District Hospital for treatment.
