Tebogo Sepale a ward 25 councilor in city of Matlosana municipality, In Kanana township of South Africa has come under fire after he was exposed on social media for what he did to his applicants.

The politician was caught on camera having $£X with another man right inside his office. Sources claim that Tebogo has a tendency of using both men & women who go to look for employment.

When there are projects, he requests $£X before employing them or granting them their request. His cup finally got filled when a video of him and one of his male applicants surfaced online. The video was shared on Twitter by a verified user @AdvoBarryRoux.
