Death has been announced of Senior Chief Chilowamatambe of Kasungu.

Royal family members and Ministry of Local Government spokesperson, Anjoya Mwanza have confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.

The chief has passed on a few minutes ago at Kamuzu Central Hospital in Lilongwe he was receiving treatment.
