A guy jumped on his pregnant wife and beat her to death because he could not understand why she had neglected her home duties by preparing food before going to church.

On Friday, August 5, 2022, the terrible incident apparently took place in a town in the Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria.

The Punch claims that the man, who goes by the moniker M.O.B, was earlier observed interrogating his wife about why she hadn’t finished up household duties like cooking dinner before she departed for church.

According to reports, he reportedly slapped and punched the extremely pregnant woman without even giving her a chance to explain.

He struck her repeatedly until she passed out, at which point onlookers and other churchgoers came to her aid.

After being transported quickly to a neighboring Obule Hospital, the woman was later declared dead.

According to Pulse.ng, DSP Bright Edafe, the police public relations officer for Delta State Command, had not been made aware of the occurrence.
