Sad as Zambian man dies nine months after twin brother’s death

Barely ten months since burying his twin brother, Dennis Mukanda of Ndola on the Copperbelt also seen for last time as his coffin was slowly lowered six feet under.

Last Friday was a gloomy day for the people whose lives were touched by the 29 year-old who passed away on January 17.

Mourners gathered at Bread of Life Church in Ndola and sang songs as they eulogised Dennis and reminisced how he related with people, while executing his work at church with excellence.

Dennis and his twin brother Douglas, were born on September 27, 1993.

However, in March last year Douglas passed on after falling ill. And in a space between eight to nine months Dennis, a former NORTEC student in Heavy duty mechanics also fell ill in December last year until he breathed his last on January 17 this year Ndola Teaching Hospital.
