Prophet cum politician David Mbewe of Living Word Evangelical Church has joined former President Dr Joyce Banda’s People’s Party (PP).

Mbewe, a former member for opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), was welcomed today by the party’s National Executive Council in Lilongwe.

Confirming the development PP’s Spokesman Ackson Kalaile Banda said the party will soon welcome more members as part of rebuilding mission.
