Popular Prophet Says ‘for better for worse’ Wedding Vow Should Stop Being Used In Church; A Case of Nigerian Late Singer Sister Osinachi

Outspoken Nigerian man of God Andrew Ejimadu popularly known as Prophet Seer1 has asked his fellow men of white collar to stop making people take the oath of ‘for better for worse during weddings.

Prophet Seer1’s remarks comes at a time in which a popular Nigerian Gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu is reportedly hard died from marriage abuse.

On Saturday, April 9, 2022, news broke that the Ekwueme hit maker is no more after she was kicked on the chest by her husband pastor Peter Nwachuku and she spent several days on life support machine before she passed on.

According to Frank Edwards, Nigerian gospel singer, Sister Osinachi is a victim of an abusive marriage alleging that she experienced a number of abuses from her husband who happens to be a pastor.

Writing on his Facebook page, prophet Seer1 said if things are not working in either a relationship or marriage people should have the freedom to walk away instead of being held on in the name of vows.

“FOR BETTER FOR WORSE, Men of God should stop making people to swear this oath during weddings. In marriage or relationship, if it’s not working, leave in peace and alive,” said Seer1.

She then called on his followers to always be caution with the behaviour f the partners.

“Once your partner beats you or abuse you with hurtful words quickly realise that you are married to or dating a devil.
Leave, I say leave,” he said.
