Pirimiti Hospital Health Workers Down Tools In Zomba

Health Workers at Catholic owned hospital (Pirimit) have started a sit-in aimed at forcing management to transfer three top officials at the hospital.

The disgruntled health workers are baying for the transfer of the Hospital Director Sister Mary Njuguna, Patron Happy Bruno and Matron Beatrice Chisale on grounds that the three are bias.

One of the Health Workers at the hospital identified as Blessings Sambiri has confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.

According to Sambiri, some health workers at the hospital are allowed to upgrade while others are denied the opportunity.

Sambiri said the health workers will only return work once their grievances are addressed.
