A baby has been found dead in Mlambudzi village in the area of Inkosi Bvumbwe in Thyolo district, last night.

Bvumbwe Area Development Committee Chairperson, Mcdonald Saluti has confirmed that last evening some passers-by found the body being eaten by a dog at a nearby bush.

Saluti has told the press that currently, communities are employing measures to find the mother of the the baby.

Limbe Police spokesperson Patrick Mussa says he will comment later after gathering facts on the matter.
