The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) says rushing to courts when there are misunderstandings in the party will not help to address their differences.
The sentiments come after the high court in Lilongwe gave an injunction to parliamentarian Charles Mchacha who protested his removal as DPP governor for the south.
On Monday DPP leader Peter Mutharika replaced Mchacha with Thomson Kamangila as DPP southern regional governor.
Speaking with Nkhoma one of the local radio station spokesperson Shadreck Namalomba said they haven’t received the injunction restraining the party President, Peter Mutharika from firing Mchacha as regional governor for the south.
Namalomba said they will decide whether to vacate the injunction once they have the injunction in their hands.
