TADIKIRA: was not aware of the kind of business his driver had been doing until the arrest
The murder and human trafficking case involving former president Professor Peter Mutharika’s step son Tadikira Mafubza and five others returns to court today.
Among others the court is expected to make it’s ruling on the bail application by some of the accused who have been in police custody since their arrest in November last year.
The six are suspected to have had a hand in the trafficking of over thirty Ethiopian nationals whose bodies were discovered in a mass grave at Ntangatanga forest in Mzimba district.
