Former President who is also the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) President Professor Peter Arthur Mutharika is this afternoon expected to hold press briefing at his PAGE House in Mangochi.

Mutharika’s spokesperson Shadreck Namalomba has confirmed of the development in a statement made available to faceofmalawi.

According to Namalomba, Mutharika will focus his address on what he says is tough economic times that Malawians are going through at the moment.

Namalomba further says that Mutharika will also zero in on out fuel and forex shortages among key issues.

The address is scheduled to start at around 2pm.
