Former Secretary to the Office of the President Cabinet Lloyd Muhara and Leston Mulli have been arrested by the Fiscal Police.

Deputy National Police Services Spokesperson Harry Namwaza has confirmed of the arrest in an interview with the press.

However, Namwaza could not disclose the reasons for the arrest.
