Mulli fight back, obtains court injunction against bus depots scandal

The High Court in Blantyre has granted an order to National Bus Service staying a judgment which vacated an injunction the Leston Mulli owned company obtained against Attorney General Thabo Chakaka Nyirenda.

The stay pends appeal of the case.

Mulli through his company National Bus Service and the office of the Attorney General are fighting over ownership of some bus depots in the country which the latter contends were illegally acquired by the former from government.
