After spending the night in cooler, Malawi’s former Secretary to the President Lloyd Muhara and businessman Leston Muli are this morning appearing before Chief Resident Magistrate Court in Lilongwe.
The duo was arrested yesterday by the fiscal police over abuse of office.
Currently the two are at the court after they spent a night at Lumbadzi police station in the capital Lilongwe.
Police arrested the two over a K5 billion loan that Mulli obtained from state owned Malawi Savings Bank before it was sold.
