The Mangochi-Monkey-bay Road has been cutoff following heavy rainfall that poured in the district.

The M10 road was cutoff last night near Mehboob Memorial Centre about 17 killometres from Mangochi boma.

The country is being devastated with the heavy rains and a lot of districts have been affected.

Malawi President Lazarus Chakwera has asked stakeholders in the country to take part in helping those that have been affected with the rains
