A romantic proposal video has gone viral on social media, in which a young man surprised his girlfriend by proposing to her in church while she was deep in prayer.

The video shows the man and his girlfriend praying on the altar, with a group of people standing behind them holding a banner that reads “Will You Marry Me?”.

As the couple closed their eyes, the lady thought her partner was praying for the offering, but as soon as she finished and turned around, she saw the banner and became emotional with tears in her eyes.

The man then got down on one knee and presented a ring, asking for her hand in marriage.
