A 40 year old woman is attending to her wounds at Busia Country Referral Hospital in Kenya after her husband attacked her with a machete for refusing him his rights as a husband.

Judith Anyango, the victim, said that she was forced to deny her husband because he infected her with HIV.

She accused her husband of having several sexual partners and also after finding out female pants and used condoms in his trouser pockets that did not belong to her.

Rose Kwena, nurse at Busia Country Referral Hospital, said that the doctors are managing the victim but will determine how big the injuries are after the CT scan.

Festo Onyango Odhiambo, brother to Jackton Opondo said that he is disappointed to what his brother has done for bringing shame to the family and adding that the family will have the meeting so that they should resolve the matter.

The family has told the people in the law enforcement to find the man and face the law without any mercy.
