Unknown Man caught red handed by Police when he was trying to open the door of someone’s car illegally.

In a video circulated on social media, is showing the suspect handcuffed and the law enforcers forcing him to prove his tactics of opening locked car doors.

The man is being slapped for failing to explain what he was about to do after unlocking the door.
