The couple is only identified as Kondwani and Ireen.

However, this publication does not have enough information of the couple.

Reports indicate that they were from Chilomoni in Blantyre.

Meanwhile, Malawians of good will in the Rainbow Nation are mobilizing funds to help in repatriating their remains.
