The High Court has ruled that Lester Maganga continues to remain at Maula Prison until further notice.

Judge Mzondi Mvula indicated that Maganga’s case will be heard starting on the 13th of February 2024.

Mvula stated that the case will be heard over a period of at least fourteen days.

According to the one leading the proceedings, the government informed the court to take Maganga to a hospital to assess his mental well-being to ensure there are no issues when the trial begins.
