In adequate availability of courts in the country has been signed out as a major derailing factor for justice.

This comes as members of parliament demanded government’s support to come up with more courts.

Precious Chafulumira, Esther Jolobala Legislator for Machinga East said for instance people from her constituency are struggling to access justice due to lack of courts.

Jolobala added that people are covering over 60 kilometers to access justice which is very pathetic
