Presidential Advisor on Chiefs Moses Kunkuyu who is also Malawi Congress Party (MCP) Campaign Director has resumed work after undergoing a successful operation at a certain hospital in United Kingdom.

It is reported that Kunkuyu was poisoned by unknown people and was rushed to hospital in London.

He returned home a week ago.

This morning, Kunkuyu attended the elevation ceremony of traditional leaders at St. Martin’s Ground in Mangochi.

Kunkuyu was accompanied by Deputy Minister of Local Government, Hon. Halima Daud.

The ceremony saw Sub Traditional Authority Mterera being elevated to the position of Traditional Authority while Group Village Heads Moto, Maliro and Makumba being elevated to Sub Traditional Authorities.
