Malawians led by right activist Bon Kalindo, popularly known as Winiko are holding demonstrations against the recent devaluation of the kwacha.

The demonstrations in Karonga follow the recent demonstrations in Zomba and Blantyre.

The protesters are also against the implementation of the AIP program which has seen many Malawians being left out of the list of beneficiaries.

Kalindo and Lyton Mangochi are currently leading the demonstrations.
