Political activist Bon Kalindo says he will not appear before the Lilongwe Magistrate Court as summoned yesterday.

Kalindo is accused of intimidating the Attorney General Thabo Chakaka Nyirenda.

Speaking in an interview with the press Kalindo said he has not been formally served with the summons.

According to Kilindo, the summon was served to his lawyer Gilbert Khonyongwa, who is representing him in other cases.
