Smoking is an unhealthy habit for people with stomach ulcer. When you smoke ulcers doesn’t heal fast, ulcers are more likely to heal if you stop smoking.

Smoking also raises the risk for infection from Helicobacter pylori which can lead to stomach ulcer.

They are no doubt that overconsumption of these 2 things can trigger your risk for stomach ulcer.

Consuming these 2 things in excess can make your immune system, therefore, making you be susceptible to different diseases.
