Jan Wim Akster one of the claimant of same-sex marriages case has brought the court into laughter when he told the hearing that he couldn’t get treatment at Zomba Central Hospital because the operation room was full of spiders.

This was aresponse during the cross examination by Attorney General Thabo Chakaka-Nyirenda on his medical history after his accident in December in 2021.
