Homeland Minister Jean Sendeza shocked with discovery of 29 dead bodies in Mass grave in Mzimba

Homeland Security Minister Jean Sendeza has said she is extremely touched with the death of 29 Ethiopian migrants who have been found in the mass grave inside Mtangatanga Forest Reserve at Raiply in Mzimba district.

Sendeza visited the scene today and described the incident as unfortunate.

She said pathologist Dr Charles Dzamalala will arrive today or later in Mzimba to carry out the postmortem which is expected to reveal real cause of death.

The Minister had since warned they will deal with all people who are aiding the entry of illegal migrants into the country.

Reburial of the dead bodies will take place once postmortem results are out.
