Government to Accommodate Dreadlocked Rastafarian Children in Public Schools

The government has announced that it will honor a court order directing it to begin accommodating dreadlocked children from the Rastafarian community in public schools.

Ministry of Education spokesperson, Mphatso Nkuonera, confirmed that the ministry will implement the court’s determination by taking all necessary measures.

While the government’s decision has been welcomed by many, education expert Benedicto Kondowe has emphasized the importance of providing proper guidance on how this directive will be implemented across different schools.
