A government delegation currently in Israel has urged Malawian workers under the labour export arrangement to observe discipline and avoid jeopardising the deal.

The delegation said these following reports that 23 young men who went to the country to work in the farms has run away from the place where they were supposed to work

Secretary to the Treasury Betchani Tchereni is leading the delegation which comprises Members of Parliament and some senior government officials.

According to the minister of Information, Moses Kumkuyu, over 700 Malawian youths are currently working in Israel farms in a labour exportation deal.
