Government fixing fuel shortage with 21 million liters of petrol

Malawi is expecting a total of twenty one million liters of petrol this week to address the current fuel shortage.

According to Moses Kumkuyu, minister of information and Digitalization, Camel Oil will deliver fourteen million and three hundred thousand liters, while Lake Oil will deliver five million and five hundred thousand liters.

Addax will bring in, one million two hundred thousand liters of petrol in an effort address long queue challenges in the country’s fueling stations.

Kumkuyu has said that the country’s fuel reserves will have close to thirty million liters by the end of the week.
