Flames stars Frank Gabadinho Mhango and Peter Banda will face off in Confederation of African Football (CAF) Confederation Cup quarter-finals.
The draw for the last eight was held on Tuesday pitted Mhango’s side Orlando Pirates of South Africa against Banda’s Tanzanian outfit Simba FC.

The first leg will be played on April 17 in Tanzania with the second leg scheduled for April 24 in South Africa.
Banda has been a regular for Simba whom he inspired to the quarter-final qualification and was awarded as Player of the Month for March.
Reacting to the draw, he said it would be exciting to face his compatriot in the cup.
Mhango, on the other hand, has struggled for game time at Pirates despite his impressive show at the Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) finals in Cameroon with the Flames in January this year.
Banda at Simba
He, however, got a run for Orlando Pirates as a second-half substitute in a goalless draw against Libyan champions Al-Ittihad in the CAF Confederation Cup group B encounter at the weekend.
The former Nyasa Big Bullets player on Tuesday said he was happy to be back in action at Pirates.
“It’s good to be back in action. This is what every football player wants,” he said.
Mhango lost regular space at Pirates prior to the Afcon finals after he allegedly broke the club’s rules off the field of play, forcing the technical panel to turn their backs against him.
In other quarter-final matches, Libyan giants Al Ittihad SC face Al Ahli Tripoli will face each other while Egypt’s Pyramids FC will play Democratic Republic of Congo’s TP Mazembe with Egyptian Premier League outfit Al Masry SC taking on Moroccos’s Renaissance Sportive de Berkane.
