Five people who accused First Lady Mutinta Hichilema of owning Sacko Manganese Mine in Mkushi District have been arrested and charged with criminal libel and conduct likely to cause the breach of peace.

Central Province Police Commanding Officer David Chileshe says the suspects who were released yesterday will appear in court tomorrow.

He has identified them as Evans Bwalya, Dilamonu Royan, Charles Mwansa, Mwiinga Didan and Fredrick Bwalya.
