Fans excited with Brian Banda’s return at Times Group

Some fans on social media have applauded Times Television, a subsidiary of Times Group for recalling former State House Press Officer Brian Banda.

Banda, popularly known as Chidzukulu cha Ananjaiko this morning was seen hosting Kwagwanji program at Times Tv barely months after being relieved of his duties at State House.

President Chakwera appointed Banda as his spokesperson just after ascending to the High Office in 2020.

The resignation of Banda attracted mixed reactions with many claiming that all is not well in Tonse Alliance of President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera.

Many Times Tv fans could not hide their excitement after seeing Brian Banda on the driving seat together with Wonder Msiska.

Ras Chikomeni David Chirwa wrote: “Welcome back BB. This is where you belong. A streetwise journalist. A man separated from chaff. A fine brand. A Malawian of malawi origin. Big up!.”

Concurring with Chirwa’s remarks Monique Lumbe wrote: “We thank Times Tv for welcoming back Brian, a big hand to Mr Wonder for giving him a warm welcome, Nthawi inachepa ndithu lero pa kwagwanji, wishing him good job at his home, Times.”

Another viewer only identified as Steven Mba-Kizito Ngwira: “Welcome back Brian.”

Haswell Nalikungwi wrote: “Welcome back to the base Brian Banda.
Kudos to Wonder for keeping the program hot in his absence. Looking forward to great discussions without fear and favor.”
