EXTREME FC RELIGATED FROM TNM SUPER LEAGUE

Extreme FC team has been the first team to exit this year’s TNM Super league after losing 2-1 to Red Lions at Balaka stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Deus Nkutu and Mike Kaziputa scored for the Zomba based outfit while Beston Jimu scored Consolation goal for Extreme.

The team’s deputy coach, Elvis Kafoteka, said it was a difficult journey in the league.

“It has been a very unpleasant journey because we lost the games we should have won, but we won the tough ones. Maybe if we had stayed focused on what we were doing, these boys would have stayed in the league.” Kafoteka said.

The team is anchoring the log table with 18 points from the 27 games they have played and they have played in the league for one year now they are returning to the Chipiku Stores Central Region Football league.
