The health condition for former MCP president, John Zenus Ungapake Tembo, has worsened.

His son, John Tembo Jnr, has told the press a while ago that his father slipped into a coma and doctors are trying to resuscitate him.

JZU has been admitted to a private clinic in Lilongwe for over a week.

John Jnr said the nation will be updated about his father’s condition.

JZU is aged 91.
