Former judiciary spokesperson, Mlenga Mvula has been sentenced to 30 months in prison for abuse of office.

The sentence starts from the day he was convicted.

On 29 November 2022, High Court Judge, Sylvester Kalembera convicted former Judiciary Spokesperson, Mlenga Mvula and United Methodist Church Pastor, Daniel Mhone.

The two were found guilty of corruptly soliciting money and other favours in the names of High Court Judges and the Attorney General’s office.-MBC ONLINE
