The body of an old woman has been found dead within Nandeta Hills in Ntchisi district. Ntchisi Deputy Police Publicist Glory Kondowe identifies the deceased as Rute Fulawo.

it is reported that the woman left home on March 20, 2023 for beer drinking in the nearby village. After taking the beer she’s then passed by her garden, however, didn’t return home until March 22, 2023 when she was found dead by herd boys at a slope within Nandeta hills.

The boys reported the matter to the villagers who witnessed it. Postmortem conducted has confirmed that death was due to internal injuries.

Rute Fulawo hailed from Nandeta village, in the area of Traditional Authority Vusojere in Ntchisi District.
