The Anti-Corruption Commission of Zambia has arrested former Special Assistant for Economic to the former President Edgar Chagwa Lungu, Hibeen Mwinga.

ACC Public Relation Manager Timothy Moono has confirmed of the arrest in a statement released few hours ago.

According to Moono, Mwinga is accused of possessing property suspected to be proceeds of crime.
