Opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) has obtained an injunction, restraining its publicity secretary Nicholas Harry Dausi from granting interviews in that capacity.

The DPP, according to a copy of the injunction we have seen argues that Dausi had excused himself from working in that capacity.

His interview was scheduled to be aired this evening in one of the local Television Stations, Times. The order also restrains Times from airing the interview.
