A video clip has gone viral allegedly showing a Kitgum District officer pants down chewing a female intern who works in his office which has raised a lot of attention.

According to the a video shared on Twitter, a mature male is seen pleading for a pardon from a fella who found him having intercourse with a female.

Identities of the two are yet to be revealed but according to the tweet, it was captioned that this is a district officer in Kitgum.
