In readiness for the 2024 football season set to kick off in April, Dedza Dynamos Football Club has extended contracts for six players, including their first-choice goalkeeper, Donnex Mwakasinga.
The team’s General Secretary, Kondwani Wiseman Banda, confirmed that five players signed two-year extensions, while Lameck Gamphani penned a three-year deal.
Notably, Dedza Dynamos managed to retain key midfielders Ibrahim Sadick, Gift Magola, Limbani Phiri, Lameck Gamphani, and Griven Ng’anjo.
However, midfielder Ghedo Lorenzo decided not to renew his contract with the club, opting to join Bangwe All Stars instead.
The strategic moves in player contracts reflect Dedza Dynamos’ preparations and ambitions for the upcoming football season in 2024.
